These Terms of Service govern your use of My Girl Couple AI at https://mygirlcouple.com. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

My Girl Couple AI is an independent tool that makes videos of the TikTok My Girl couple trend from your photos with AI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut or the creator @woody_cria. The trend, TikTok, CapCut and the creator’s post belong to their respective owners.

Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

Credits and Payments

Making a video uses credits: a 6-second video uses 6 credits and a 10-second video uses 10 credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs, with no subscription:

• Single: $9.90 for 20 credits
• Trio: $19.90 for 60 credits
• Crew: $29.90 for 100 credits

Credits never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as AI LAB. Prices are shown before you pay.

Failed Videos and Refunds

If a video fails to render, we retry it once for free. If it fails again, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. Photos refused by the AI’s content review also get their credits back.

If you are not happy with a finished video, email [email protected] and we will refund your payment in money through Stripe to the card or payment method you used.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent to put them in a video. You must not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or minors.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use My Girl Couple AI to create anything illegal, sexual, hateful or deceptive, including passing off a video as real footage of someone, or to infringe anyone’s rights. When you post a video made here, label it as AI-generated.

We may refuse to make a video, and we may remove content, if we believe it breaks these Terms.

Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you make, including posting them on social platforms.

AI Results

AI results vary between renders. We don’t guarantee that a video will look a particular way, and you should review it before you share it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using My Girl Couple AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
