What You Can Write to Us About
- Questions about the trend, the generator, credits or your account.
- Refunds. Not happy with a finished video? Tell us, and we refund your payment in money through Stripe to the card or method you paid with.
- Deletion requests. Ask us to delete your uploaded photos, your generated videos or your account data at any time.
- Takedowns. If you think a video made here uses your image or your content without permission, send us the details and we’ll review it.
What to Include
To help us answer quickly, tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. For a problem with a video, the reference shown in the generator and the rough time it happened help a lot.
