This Privacy Policy explains how My Girl Couple AI (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use https://mygirlcouple.com.

Information We Collect

1. Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture (avatar).
2. Photos you upload. The one or two photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces of the people or pets in them.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you, together with details such as their status and when they were made.
4. Payment status. Which pack you bought and whether the payment went through, as reported by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details stay with Stripe; we never see or store them.
5. Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited.
6. First-visit source cookie. On your first visit we set a cookie named ft that records where you came from (for example, the link or website that brought you here). It lasts 30 days.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, to run your account and your credits, to process payments, and to answer support requests. Your photos are used only to make your video. We do not sell your personal data, your photos or your videos.

The AI Provider

To make your video, your photos are sent to the AI provider that runs the video model, only for that purpose. The provider doesn’t keep them.

Who Can See Your Photos and Videos

Your photos are uploaded to our own storage only to make your video. Your photos and videos are private to your account: they are not published or shown anywhere on the site.

Deletion

You can ask us to delete your photos, your videos or your account data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Photos of Minors

Photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a photo of a child was uploaded, email us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, the ft first-visit source cookie described above, and Google Analytics cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
